CAPS Swamped with Patients, Low on Staff
Mason’s Counseling and Psychological Services is at its limit. CAPS falls short of IACS standards. Currently, nine full-time CAPS employees service 30,000 Mason students, or one CAPS employee for every 3,400 students.
