Holiday Home Visits Fun For the First Few Minutes
Your roommates pack up to head to the airports and fly home for the first time since they left back in September and you are excited to drive the twenty minutes to your house where you can sleep in and not have to worry about what you are going to eat for dinner. It’s time for sweaters, fireplaces, s’mores, turkey and kisses. Wonderful, right? Well, only for about twenty minutes after you get home.

Bring on the Blood, Gore and Politics

Bring on the Blood, Gore and Politics
How much does the average American care? There’s every chance that this nation may vote in its first African American or female president next year, but these waves often feel more like ripples. Is this a good sign? Have we matured to the point where what was Once Shocking has been rendered benign? Or has the American citizenry become so overwhelmed with the trappings of this Digital Age, with TiVOed television programs, vacuum bots, and Facebook, that the once daunting specter of American Politics is no longer that important (certainly less important than the iPhone)?

Twittering with the Best of 'Em
Now, a new form of blogging is coming out to play and it has its own ideas about what makes up a blog. It's called "microblogging" and as you can imagine, it's a very small version of its big brother, the weblog. While a number of ways to microblog are vying for space on the internet, the most popular by far is Twitter.

First Cut is the Deepest

First Cut is the Deepest
Well the Patriots were unable to pull off consecutive "upsets" as they fell to Big East power Villanova. The loss is disappointing from the standpoint that if Mason played as sharp as they did against Kansas State they probably could have easily taken this one. But Mason fans should not feel down about this loss, for starters it was the the second game in less than 24 hours against a nationally ranked team.
